Migrating Birds & Wildlife Habitat Plants

Join Extension’s Wildlife Habitat Specialist Matt Tarr and Moose Mountains Regional Greenways, Land Agent Veronica Bodge for a slow walk through the beautiful Leary Field & Forest where we will look for migrating songbirds and discuss things you can do on your land to attract and benefit a variety of wildlife. During our walk we will spend some time identifying different tree and shrub species and will discuss how different plants function as habitat for birds and other wildlife. Bring your binoculars!

Cost: $15 per person. Registration is required, space is limited.

This fee is non-refundable unless the program is cancelled due to poor weather.
