About Lang Easement

The Lang Conservation Easement is a 87 acre property located in Wolfeboro, NH and is owned by the Town of Wolfeboro. This is MMRG’s first project to be completed in Wolfeboro, NH. The property directly abuts 145 acres of other conserved lands and falls within a 5,000 block of unfragmented land. While being recognized by NH Fish and Game as having some of the highest value wildlife habitat in the state and the region, The Nature Conservancy has also identified 44% of the property as having an above average resiliency to the effects of climate change.We are very excited to be partnering with the Wolfeboro Conservation Commission in order to accomplish the permanent protection of this very important project.
