About Kimball Easement

The Kimball Easement is a 42 acre parcel located in Milton, New Hampshire. It consists of 32 acres of forest, 5 acres of grasslands and 6 acres of soils classified as farmland of statewide importance. It is in close proximity to other conserved lands including MMRG’s Teneriffe Mountain Forest.  Almost 10 acres is highest ranked habitat in the region and nearly 100% is considered to have high permeability for wildlife, according the NH Connectivity Model done by NH Fish & Game.
